Go Live Checklist
We have developed a checklist to assist you in the process of preparing your new iClassPro integrated website for launch. In addition to the checklist, you can find our FAQ page here, which addresses common questions and answers related to the integrated website solution and support.
What to expect:
Upon successfully upgrading to the Premium plan and indicating your desire for a new integrated website, we will provide an Information Sheet for you to complete, marking the start of your new website project. Your organization will choose a layout from our selection of custom templates. We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the date you submit the Information Sheet to when you will receive editing access to your new website. Not yet a Premium subscriber? Please start here. Our team is happy to help get you started with a new website and several other exciting, powerful tools for your business!
To prepare your new website for launch, please complete the following using the videos:
1. Getting Started
Goal: Introduce the platform training materials and resources
- Request staff access by emailing webservices@iclasspro.com or complete the form here.
- System requirements (browsers, devices)
- Logging in and accessing the dashboard
- Links to video tutorials and documentation

2. Site Structure and Pages
Content:
- Creating new pages - Page Builder, Duplicate Pages, Predesigner, and AI tools.
- Navigation Menu - Desktop and Mobile nav menus can be edited by device as needed.
- Header & Footers
- Popups (to create rules and automation, see the next section 3, Personalization)
- Editing page content: text, images, videos
- Adding/removing sections and rows
- Reordering pages in navigation menus
- Branding: Site Theme: Adjust fonts, branding, color pickers, and more.
- Buttons
- Customer Portal Integration:
Note: Our team will assist with the initial customer portal integration as part of the Go Live prep to help you get started using the content on the pages set to go live such as classes, camps, events and all other features POS, News and Meet the Staff; however, your team will manage the urls and buttons going forward.
Quick Add Page Step-by-Step :
- Go to your dashboard → Pages
- Click “Add New Page”
- Select a Page Builder, Blank Page, or Designed Page - there are predesigned pages that can be used with the AI Page Builder feature, or you can create new blank pages or duplicate existing pages as needed.
- Name your page and click Save
- To reorder your pages and adjust the site navigation menu, use the Pages panel. Each page has a settings icon that allows you to change the page status to "Draft" or hide the page from the navigation menu if necessary. Additional page settings can be found in the Page guide.
3. Personalization and Widgets
Content: Enhance the site with custom features
- What personalization features are (popups, notification bars, banners)
- How to create a pop-up:
- Menu → Personalization → Popups → Add New
- Choose type (promotion, announcement, subscription)
- Edit content, timing, and placement
- Save and preview
- There are 50+ design widgets available to you!
4. Integrations Content:
- Contact Forms: Email marketing (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Customer Portal Integration
- Social media integrations
5. Domain and SEO
Content: How to connect the domain and optimize search presence.
- Domain connection: updating DNS, setting primary domain
- Redirect old domains to the new site
- SEO basics:
- Note: Our team will assist with the initial prep of the items below once you have scheduled your website go-live. However, you will then manage and adjust the SEO settings within the editor using the AI SEO and super-easy-to-use SEO tools within the editor.
- Page SEO: page names, URL, indexing, and links
- Meta Titles
- Descriptions & Image alt text
- Google Analytics is found on the current live site. You will have access to add at any time as needed. See instructions found here as needed.
6. Publishing and Going Live
Content:
- Preview your site before publishing
- Set pages that are still in development to DRAFT status so that you can continue to work on those pages as needed.
- Schedule publishing or go live, 5-7 day notice email to webservices to schedule Zoom call, or review the DIY Scheduling options here.
- You will need access to your domain hosting account, such as GoDaddy. If you are a new business and need a new domain, please start here for more help!
- Post-launch tips (analytics tracking, backups)

As part of the Go Live prep our team will help configure your customer portal features, classes, camps, appointments, and parties as needed. You will then be able to easily copy and paste customer portal URLs to add your site as needed from the Content > Collections area of the editor.
