Absolutely! We provide customizable layouts that allow you to reflect your school's branding and style. You can easily modify colors, logos, and layouts to create a unique online presence.

Our team will provide a few page designs, and drop in your logo and brand colors to get you started. You can fully customize your website however you’d like. You can add as many additional pages as needed and use the drag and drop editor to create custom page designs.

You can make changes as needed once you website is live republishing changes on the go quick and easily! 

We can include your GTM or Analytics code for you at launch, or it can be added at any time thereafter. Also, your website comes with a handy dashboard that will show you the most commonly referenced website statistics at a glance when you log in to your website.

In the side panel, click Content.

Click Business Info.

Click More Actions.

Click Add Another Location.

Getting started is easy! 

Once you have completed your Premium subscription upgrade we will send you an Intake form called the Information Sheet. Once we have the intake form the countdown will start. 

You will receive access to your new site within 5-7  days from the time your information sheet is received. 

Site stats show detailed analytics about how many visitors your site gets, where they are coming from, and which pages they have visited. Analyzing this customer information can help you make more informed decisions to improve your site and your business.

We record and display full statistics for your site, per device, so you can view exactly what users are doing on desktop, tablet, and mobile. If you are not seeing any statistics, likely a user has not yet visited the site (it takes 24 hours for stats to update). If you are using a mobile-only site, ensure the redirect is installed and is redirecting users to the correct site.

To see statistics on the site performance, in the side panel, click Stats. This shows a general overview. To see more detailed stats, click Open Full Stats.

iClassPro website platform has built-in SEO features such as AI SEO assist, page recommendations, and analytic tools. 

During the initial website launch, our team will assist with the SEO configuration of the pages within your website ensuring the pages are properly configured. 

However, at this time, we do not offer SEO services or content creation. 

Use the blog editor to set up a new blog and add posts. Two editing modes work together seamlessly so you can design the perfect blog for your business and update it easily with new posts that look great, have the content you want, and are optimized for SEO. 

Manage Posts allows you to do the following:

• Create new posts
• Access post settings via the gear tool
• Search posts by title and author
• Sort posts by status – draft or published
• Preview, duplicate or delete posts
• Edit posts by selecting the editing tool, clicking on the post name or clicking on the post thumbnail
• Publish or republish posts

Import Posts

Posts can be imported from an outside blog if the blog has a valid RSS feed. For more information, see ImportBlog Posts from RSS Feeds.

Once you have completed (or are close to your target date) you will need to schedule a Go Live meeting on the scheduled day and time with our website developer. This meeting normally takes 20 minutes. You will need your domain account username and password - during this call our web developer will update your domain DNS settings completing the final step to the website publications. 

We note that most site propagate within 2-8 hours hours some domain providers may take up to 24 hours. This is something you will need to confirm with your domain provider to anticipate any downtime.  

To scheduled your go-live call Tuesday- Thursday 9am - 3pm Central Time unless you are located in another country we can work try to cordniate a call within reasonable windows of time.  

We need 5-7 business day notice to ensure we can properly prep your website!  

Yes! You can connect to several sources from HubSpot, to MailChimp, Google Forms, Active Campaigns, and more!
