Termly Consent Management Platform (CMP)

On September 9, iClassPro will integrate Termly’s Consent Management Platform (CMP) into your Integrated Website at no extra charge, unless you opt out by August 31st. Starting September 1, 2026, any future requests to add Termly to your Integrated Website will be exclusively available to customers who have chosen our Kickstarter Package. The initial installation and configuration will take place during the Kickstart onboarding.

What is Termly?

Termly is a Consent Management Platform that helps websites provide visitors with greater control over their cookie and tracking preferences.

With Termly, website visitors may be able to:

  • Accept cookies
  • Decline cookies
  • Customize certain cookie preferences

Based on a visitor’s selections, Termly can also help prevent certain cookies and similar website technologies from running until the appropriate permission is provided.

What Changed?

Your previous website editor cookie banner has been replaced with Termly.

Once Termly is active as of September 9th, 2026:

  • Your website's Cookie Notice is managed through Termly.
  • The previous native iClassPro cookie banner is disabled.
  • Visitors receive a more detailed consent experience.
  • Termly manages visitor consent preferences based on the configuration of your website.

Action Required: Review Your Business Information

This information is used to generate and manage website privacy-related policies, so make sure it is accurate and up to date.

How to Review Your Business Information

  1. Log in to your iClassPro website editor.
  2. Select More from the website editor.
  3. Select App Store.
  4. Locate and open Termly.
  5. Open Business Settings.
  6. Review your Business Information.
  7. Confirm that your changes should apply across your website policies.
  8. Click Save.

Do I Need to Change Anything on My Website?

For the Termly rollout itself, no website design or page changes are required.

The Termly integration replaces the previous cookie banner automatically.

However, we recommend reviewing your Business Information after Termly is activated (see steps above)

Can I Customize the Cookie Banner?

Termly provides configuration options for the consent management experience.

If you need help understanding or changing available Termly settings, refer to Termly's documentation or the options available within the Termly app.

iClassPro Web Support can assist with questions about the iClassPro website editor and settings, but we cannot determine which privacy, cookie, or consent settings your business should use.

Privacy and Compliance Responsibilities

Termly provides tools to support your website's privacy and consent management efforts. However, using Termly does not automatically make a website compliant with every applicable privacy law or regulation.

Each business remains responsible for its own website privacy and compliance obligations.

iClassPro does not provide legal advice or determine which privacy policies, cookie settings, consent requirements, or legal disclosures apply to your business.

For questions about your specific legal or compliance requirements, consult Termly's resources or an appropriate legal professional.
