Upload a File


要与访客共享可下载内容，请使用文件小部件上传文件，访客只需单击按钮即可下载该文件。分享传单、电子书和其他文档，让它们可供下载。访客可以通过其他来源（如电子邮件和社交媒体）轻松分享您的下载链接。在提供下载内容之前，请确保您了解您的内容可能会在您不知情的情况下传播。对于敏感或私人文档，在通过下载共享这些文档之前请三思。仅上传您创建或有权使用的媒体或文件；切勿违反版权保护。


NOTE: Any file (text, image, video, and so on) uploaded to the system is publicly available. No personal and/or confidential information should be uploaded. To remove the file completely, delete the file from the picker.


NOTE: You cannot upload files to your root folder.


To add the widget:

  1. In the left panel, click Widgets.
  2. Click and drag the File widget into your site.



Content Editor

File names must use standardized characters (a-z and 1-9), or they will not be recognized by the editor.

Note

  • The following file formats are supported: .pdf, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .zip, .ppt, .pptx, .psd, .txt, .xml, .mp3, .ttf, .otf, .woff, .eot, .svg, .odt, .ott, .js, .css, .png, .jpg, .gif, .jpeg, .rar
  • You can add up to 15k images, videos, audio clips, and files per site. The image, audio, and file size limit is is 200MB.
  • Spaces within file names are not supported.


To access the content editor:

  1. Right-click the widget, and click Edit Content.
  2. Type text to appear on the button.
  3. To add files, click +Files.
  4. The File Library window appears. To add files, click Upload Files. You can add multiple files to upload simultaneously.
  5. Drag your files or click Choose files to add files or folders. Files can also be downloaded from Dropbox, Google Drive, a link, or Gmail.
  6. When the files have been selected, click Upload. You will be notified when the upload is complete.
  7. Click the desired file.
  8. (Optional) Check the box Set file to no index to tell search engines not to crawl this file so it won’t appear in search results.
  9. Click Done.


Design Editor

To access the design editor, right-click the widget, and click Edit Design.
