DIY Website Go Live Checklist


We have developed a checklist to assist you in the process of preparing your new iClassPro integrated website for launch. In addition to the checklist, you can find our FAQ page here, which addresses common questions and answers related to the integrated website solution and support.


What to expect:

Upon successfully upgrading to the Premium plan and indicating your desire for a new integrated website, we will provide an Information Sheet for you to complete, marking the start of your new website project. Your organization will choose a layout from our selection of templates.

6. Publishing and Going Live

  • Preview your site before publishing from your editor's main top menu bar > go to Preview mode
  • Set pages that are still in development to DRAFT status so that you can continue to work on those pages as needed.
  • Schedule publishing or go live, 2-3 day notice email to webservices to schedule DIY Scheduling options here to ensure your site is ready!
  • You will need access to your domain hosting account, such as GoDaddy. If you are a new business and need a new domain, please start here for more help!
  • Post-launch tips (analytics tracking, backups)

Launch Checklist for Your iClassPro Website

  • How do I test my website before launch?

    Conduct thorough testing by checking all pages, forms, and features.


    Use different devices and browsers to ensure compatibility and a seamless user experience by device in PREVIEW mode of your website. 

  • What if I encounter issues during the launch?

    If you have any issues, please contact your domain host support provider for assitance with the DNS changes provided in the instructions above.
