How to add new staff editors?


To add staff editing permissions submit request with the staff first and last name along with email address. If you organization has more than one website please confirm the website the staff will need to have access too.


What Access will the staff have?

  • Stats Emails: Receive monthly or weekly stats emails for this site.
  • Stats: Access to statistics for this site.
  • Full editing capabilities: Add and manage widgets, pages and popups, edit design (includes site theme), and control site settings.
  • Content editing: Edit existing widget content (limited editing).
  • Add Flex: Enable to add new flex templates and sections
  • Content Library: Manage site Content Library including images, business info, form responses, etc.
  • Edit Connected Data: Edit connected content from the Connected Data popup.
  • Blog: Access the blog, add, edit and manage posts.
  • Site SEO: Configure SEO settings and URL redirects.
  • AI Assistant: Enable clients to use the AI Assistant to generate content
  • Republish: Update the live site with all changes made in the editor.
  • Site backups: Create, restore and delete backups.


How many editors can be added to a site?


No limit to the number of staff editors. However we suggest 3-5 at most.


How do I deactivate a Staff member?


Submit request to suspend or deactivate staff editing access via email webservices@iclasspro.com
