Post Go Live Checklist
The web services team will conduct a final Go Live review of your site to ensure everything is functioning as expected. Below is a checklist for your team to verify optimal performance on the live site.
Website Functionality Review
Check Website on Desktop and Mobile
- Ensure the website displays properly across all major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- Confirm mobile responsiveness and proper layout adaptation on various screen sizes.
Buttons & Links
- Verify that all buttons direct users to the intended customer portal pages, internal site pages, pop-ups, or call-to-action email/phone links.
- Ensure social media links and external links are working correctly.
Contact Forms
- Test form submissions and review integration with CRM or email services.
- Check email notifications and database records for form submissions.
- Verify 3rd-party integrations such as Google Forms, MailChimp, or similar services.
HTML & Embedded Scripts
- Test any HTML integration added via custom widgets or embedded scripts.
- Ensure JavaScript and third-party API integrations function as expected.
Content & Design Review
Spelling & Grammar Check
- Perform a final proofread to correct any typos or grammatical errors.
Image & Video Display
- Verify that all media elements load correctly without broken links or placeholders.
- Check that video embeds and galleries are functional on all devices.
Privacy Policy & Terms
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable regulations.
