Many of our customers have requested the functionality of a level finder quiz such as is found here:

1. Click the top FAQ accordion "What level should my child be enrolled in?",
2. then click "answer a few questions here..."
3. and you get an interactive quiz which helps parents find the suitable level for their child:

There is currently no such functionality available built into the website editor. However, this page will provide you with several options so that you will be able to duplicate this functionality yourself with as many options and fields as you could possibly need.

The SmallFishBigFish form is built with: https://www.cognitoforms.com/ and that has proved to be excellent solution.
