What happens next?

  • Once the form is received, the Web Team will begin the initial build of your new website using the selected layout and page structure.
  • Kickstart Design: We will use the logo provided during your Premium Signup or the form upload below.
  • Please be aware that we cannot proceed with the new site theme and branding until we receive your logo along with the form submission
  • .Client Editing: Within 5-7 business days, you will receive editing access to your new DIY website (custom-built sites excluded).
  • You may fully design, prepare, and publish your website at your own pace from here!
  • Go Live Planning: When you’re prepared to launch, we kindly request a notice of 2–3 business days to arrange your official Go-Live preparations. Our team will assist in ensuring that your Customer Portal URLs are correctly connected, your SEO is configured, and you receive technical support for your Kickstarter setup plan. Please be aware that developer calls are pre-scheduled via Zoom from Tuesday to Thursday—so kindly plan your upcoming go-live date with this in mind!

The development and design of web services are billed at a rate of $150 per hour. We will schedule a call to discuss your specific website or design needs to provide an estimate and statement of work as necessary.

Getting your new site ready to edit:

The following details will help you when you are adding initial content to your site once editing access has been provided. 

Based on your answers to the "which pages do you need" question, as well as the basic included pages, it will be helpful for you to have the following content prepared so that you can easily add it to your new site

  • Overview (what you do, where you do it, who you do it for)
  • What Makes Us different (why do people choose you over competitors, what are you proud of?)
  • Description of services offered (this is a paragraph of text, not just a list of items, please)
  • Content for any additional pages you selected. 

Having content ready BEFORE you begin to edit will speed up the editing process.
