Go Live Checklist


We've created a checklist to help guide you through the steps in preparing your new iClassPro integrated website to go live. Along with the checklist can also find our FAQ's page here for popular questions and answers regarding the integrated website solution.


What to expect:

After successfully upgrading to Premium plan and selecting you would like a new integrated website we will send over an Information Sheet to be completed which will begin the new website project. Your organization will select a layout from our 12 sites.


Our team kindly requests that you allow 7-10 business days from the the date of submission Info Sheet to receiving editing access your new website.

We suggest editing the site in the Desktop format. Once you have completed the desktop editing our team will then ensure the site is ready in both Tablet and Mobile device formats as part of our Go-Live quality checks. We also then complete the steps to embed your Customer Portal within the website as part of the final steps once the editing is completed. (More details below on the go-live prep details)

  5. New Site Editing Access
  6. We will create your editor access using the information provided in your Information Sheet. You will receive an invitation email once the site is ready for editing to complete the profile setup.
  7. You can request additional editors as needed by providing their first and last names along with email addresses to webservices@iclasspro.com.

  10. Themes - Paint board icon on left menu bar.
  11. Colors - review and save up to 8 hex colors 
  12. Buttons - Primary and Secondary options. Select colors, fonts, and styling.

  14. Review Logo(s) - We will use the provided logo however you can add alternative versions of your business logo as needed.
  15. Content - Folder icon on left menu bar.
  16. Review Business Information Details: Location names, addresses, phone numbers and emails.

  23. Media Manager - Here you can upload images, videos, files, and audio in mass. As well as import images from sites and social media accounts.

  56. Once you have completed the website editing in the desktop version contact webservices@iclasspro.com to schedule a day and time to publish your new website.
  57. We ask to provide 5-7 business day notices to ensure the day and time is available. We suggest scheduling Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 1pm CST.
  58. A Google Meeting with our Web Developer will be scheduled to process the site publishing and domain updates to the new website. For more detail....(Insert what to expect article here)
  59. You will need your domain hosting Username and Password for the scheduled call.
  60. Post Go Live 
  61. Back up site

  64. Portal page results for classes, camps, appointments, parties and other portal pages.

  66. Page Name - changes - update URLs
